Terms & Conditions:

Refusal. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer or limit the order quantity in order to protect the authenticity of Boomerdog's products.

Ordering Options. We process orders in several ways. Retail customers, please place your order online by using the check out page. Wholesale customers can email or fax orders to 310/392-1172 using our handy excel ordering sheet (available for download through the Wholesale page once you are logged in), can place orders by fax or email with your own purchase order form and are always welcome to place orders by phone.

Wholesale Minimums. Our first minimum order requirement is $1000, subsequent orders are $100.

Forms of Payment. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and company checks. Please note that for checks, your order will be processed only at time of clearing from our bank account which may take up to 3 to 5 days.

Sales Tax . Sales tax will be included unless you provide us with a copy of your seller's permit (Resale ID), please fax it to 310/392-1172.

Shipping Charges Retail: Retail orders will be provided shipping charges based on total order price at the time of checkout.

Shipping Charges Wholesale: For wholesale orders - we calculate the exact shipping charge based on weight, size and destination at the time of packaging. There are no handling fees. Your shipping charge will be added to your final invoice. The confirmation screen and the confirmation email you receive if you order through this website WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING CHARGES so please note that your actual invoice will be higher.

Shipping Charges Outside the Continental USA . We endeavor to ship worldwide at a reasonable price. Charges for shipping outside the USA will be computed manually and you will be advised via email what the charges will be before shipment. You may choose the "Email" payment method if you do not wish to provide a credit card number until you have a complete order total.

Shipping Time and Backorder. We usually ship within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your order. As for items which are out of stock, we will backorder and ship it to you once they come in. The backorder process usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks. You will be notified shortly after you place the order what items will be backordered.

All orders are shipped by UPS ground or USPS, which take from 2 to 7 days depending on destination. If another shipping method is required, please specify it on your order.

Quality . We guarantee the quality of our products. We will gladly exchange a defective item for another, non-damaged item or for another item of equal value. We do not give refunds. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by e-mail or phone 310/392-8246.

Damage in Shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping, we will assist you in making a claim. You must notify us within 5 days and save the packaging for inspection by the carrier. Please notify us by e-mail or phone 310/392-8246.

Wholesale Login. If you are a current wholesale customer of Boomerdog LLC, please e-mail us at info@boomerdog.com and we will gladly forward your Login and Password so you can access the wholesale pricing and ordering tool for excel.

Privacy. The information you submit during the order process will be used by Boomerdog to process and ship your order and to keep you informed about new products, upcoming shows and other Boomerdog news. Your information will not be sold to or shared with any other company. If you have any concerns regarding privacy, please contact Boomerdog.

Cookies. Like most web sites, we use small bits of data called cookies stored on users' computers to simulate a continuous connection. Cookies allow you to move within our Website without reintroducing yourself. Viewers who disable cookies will have difficulty and may not be able to use the Wholesale Login and online ordering features, as they are required to maintain your login to our Website within a browser session. Disabling cookies does not prevent you from accessing the web pages on our Website, but some features will be degraded.
